Return Process

  Log into your Urban Sales account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a convenient home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
